Returns

Missouri Vocational Enterprises (MVE) Return Policy is listed below. Returns include: over and under shipments, damaged items, etc.

Any orders made on and after November 1, will follow the new guidelines.

MVE does not accept returns on items that:

  1. Have been unpackaged and used.
  2. Discontinued/Clearance items.
  3. Non-stock items produced when ordered.
  4. Items manufactured according to customer specifications (custom work).
  5. Will only accept returns on items that have been received within the last 30 days.
  6. Will only replace missing items if notified within 30 days from receipt.
  7. All approved returns, including potential restocking fees, will be issued as a credit. MVE does not provide refunds.
