After receiving your goods, you will receive an invoice. Terms of the invoice are NET 30 days. Please remit payment promptly, and be sure to include your vendor invoice number with payment.
Per Chapter 37, Section 37.007, of the Missouri Revised Statutes, a convenience fee (2% of total then an additional $.25) will be charged to all customers who wish to pay by credit card. The convenience fee will be retained by a third party vendor, Collector Solutions, Inc., not Missouri Vocational Enterprises.

*Employee Sales: Payment must be made before items are received. Items will not be delivered and must be picked up at Employee Store. Shipping is available for items to DOC institution with MVE factory.
Cancellations must be received by our Sales Department at least 48 hours in advance of delivery. Late cancellations will be subject to a 10% charge. Cancellations of special order products are subject to a higher charge.
