Offender Inquiry & Constituent Services

The department is pleased to announce an automated Offender Search tool is now available for public use.

If you cannot obtain the information needed through the above link, you may contact the department's Constituent Services Office for additional assistance through email inquiry. It should be noted that this office only provides general search information and policy clarification in accordance with Missouri Statue 217.075. Any specific questions about an offender's status should be addressed to the institutional caseworker or the probation and parole field officer.

When submitting a request for assistance, a response will usually be provided to you via email within 24 hours of receipt, during regular business hours. Please use the following guidelines when submitting an offender search request:

Medical Inquiry

Section 217.075 RSMo and other provisions of state and federal law require that all offender health care information be maintained and treated in a confidential manner. The Missouri Department of Corrections, Division of Offender Rehabilitative Services, Health Services Section cannot provide any offender health, mental health, or Missouri Sex Offender Program treatment information without a current, signed, and witnessed or notarized release from the offender to the Missouri Department of Corrections specifically authorizing the release of the desired information. In addition, no confidential health care information can be provided via the Internet in the public domain.

If you want information about an offender's health, mental health or sex offender treatment, please provide a current, witnessed or notarized Release of Information form signed by the offender and contact us by mail at:
